An innovative idea designed to foster candid academic interactions among seniors and juniors. Networks are created by organising students in small clusters.Within them a few senior students of relevant expertise are appointed as Guides for every group of junior students. The purpose of the exercise is to enable junior students to benefit from the expertise of senior students in non-formal settings. Junior students benefit from these networks by receiving free academic help from seniors by holding doubt-clearing sessions, remedial classes, organising mentoring programmes, book discussions and through other interesting ways.
CURRENT STATUS – The programme operated throughout 2017 during which 7 networks were constituted for academic exchange and guidance.
