Teaching Collectives for Learning Together (T.E.C.L.E.T)is a distinctive programme run by the organisation. As the name implies, the organisation operates learning centres under this programme that imparts tuition classes at just Rs 100 per subject for a month. The subsidized fee model is made possible by recruiting College students to teach part time. On their part, College students are entitled to 70% of the total fee generated. A proportional relationship thereby exists between student enrolment and the amount of stipend received by teachers. This in turn acts as an incentive mechanism on the part of teachers as better teaching quality results in larger enrolments that go on to generate higher stipends for teachers.
CURRENT STATUS – The programme ran from March 2017 to March 2018. During the period the organisation operated two subsidised learning facilities.
